Philipp brings extensive experience as a lawyer in international law firms and as in-house counsel, including as General Counsel for a Swiss-American deep tech start-up and as EU General Counsel for a listed U.S. technology company. ​Philipp was admitted to practice law in Germany in 2013. He holds a Dr. jur. from Bucerius Law School and an LL.M. from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, as well as an MPhil in Climate Change and Sustainable Development from the University of Cape Town.
